Each chain uses the same construction and link proportions. The finished weight is calculated for the selected configuration using calibrated chain-body and clasp measurements. Pricing will follow the current gold market value together with the approved production costs and business pricing settings.

Processing Time
In-stock pieces, including watches, are generally processed within 1 business day. Cuban links are made to order and require approximately 3–4 weeks of processing before shipment. We currently ship only within the United States.
Weight Disclosure
The weight shown for each chain is approximate and may vary slightly when production is complete. If the final weight is higher, we will send an invoice for the difference before shipping. If it is lower, we will issue a credit for the difference.

Lead time
Cuban links and other made-to-order jewelry normally require 3–4 weeks of processing. In-stock pieces, including watches, are generally processed within 1 business day. We will contact you if an order requires additional time.
Insured delivery
Luxury jewelry is shipped with tracking and insurance. A signature may be required at delivery depending on the order value and carrier requirements.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99. Any other available service and its cost will be shown during checkout.

Returns
Eligible returns
Eligible in-stock pieces must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Custom and non-returnable items
Made-to-order Cuban links, custom jewelry, special orders, engraved or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damage or order issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary. For an exchange on an eligible item, the fastest option is to complete an approved return and place a separate order.
